If any of the above apply, help is available, please ask yourself whether you answer ‘yes’ to the following five questions:
1. Are you ready to try to resolve the main problem?
2. Do you want to turn your life around – to find a sense of meaning, achievement and enjoyment again?
3. Is something having an impact e.g. excess alcohol / drugs or anything else harmful, that you want to reduce/stop?
4. Are you willing to work collaboratively on values based goals to try and overcome the main problem?
5. Are you able to try to attend regular sessions at set times for around 50 minutes & try to work on the problem between the sessions?
